Originally a Cape Breton Boy, Josh moved to Alberta in 2008 to pursue a career in Refrigeration, Heating and Air Conditioning, 15 Years later Josh relocated to Yarmouth, NS with his Wife Samantha. After working in the industry here in Southwest Nova for some time Josh quickly realized what our town was missing. This is why he started Southwest Refrigeration, to create a business with a mission to be the best Home Service Provider in the area, with the best Staff there is. As the Owner of Southwest Refrigeration Limited, Josh constantly seeks ways to improve the business to serve our clients better.

As a Red Seal Refrigeration Technician, his knowledge is extensive. he enjoys interacting with his customers and ensuring that they fully understand the entire process of the project, big or small.

As our Lead Technician, Riley’s is a licensed Red Seal Refrigeration Technician, his friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge make him invaluable to the team. His ability to work efficiently yet thoroughly means you can be confident you are receiving 5 Star service.

After spending his 8 week Highschool co-op placement with Southwest Refrigeration In winter of 2022, we just knew his eagerness to learn and friendly personality was a perfect fit for Southwest Refrigeration. Haydon is now a Registered First Year Refrigeration Techncian Apprentice and is well on his way in his career as a refrigeration technican.

As Office Manager, Kyla strives to provide excellent customer service to each and every customer. As the first point of contact for most people with the company, Kyla always has a smile for her customers and looks forward to growing with the company.
